At Darlingé, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
We offer free 30-day returns on qualifying items. To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of your shipment confirmation date, along with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Please note:
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request an exchange, your item must qualify under our return policy. We recommend contacting us first on our support page before shipping anything back — this helps ensure your request is eligible and processed smoothly.
What if I received an incorrect item or damaged items?
We’re sorry if you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete. Please contact our customer care team immediately on our support page so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Can I return an engraved piece?
As engraving is a fully personalized service created specifically to your requirements for you, engraved items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If you’re unhappy with your engraving or if something isn’t right, please reach out to us on support page. We’ll review your case individually and work with you to find the best solution.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

To process your request, we’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a confirmation email and notify you whether it has been approved or rejected. If approved, any eligible refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within the standard processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank if needed (there is often a short processing delay).

Important: Depending on the value, if you are returning item/s, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not properly tracked.
