Shipment Processing Time

All orders are carefully handmade through our detailed crafting process. Here’s how it typically works:

  • Design and Artist Review (0–3 days after order): Our artists meticulously review your pet’s features to capture every important detail for your custom piece.
  • Engraving and Quality Assurance (4–7 days after order): Your item is then engraved, polished, and carefully packaged to meet our high-quality standards.
  • Shipping and Delivery (after day 7): Once your order passes final quality checks, it usually takes about 1 day for the carrier to pick it up. Domestic shipping then generally takes 4–7 business days.

Overall, most orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, there may be slight delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided during the ordering process and may vary depending on your location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

We are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all original packaging materials and the damaged item until the claim is resolved.
