Shipment Processing Time
Overall, most orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, there may be slight delays.
Domestic (US) Shipping:
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. From there you will receive email updates regarding the tracking of your package. We continue to negotiate better shipping terms and packaging with carriers and will be improving our shipping options.
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may occasionally be subject to delays outside of our control (weather, carrier volume, etc.).
We always do our best to ensure quick fulfillment, but once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery speed is dependent on the shipping carrier. Because of this, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date or event.

All international orders will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the size of the order and shipping location with real time rates to give you the best options.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided during the ordering process and may vary depending on your location.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
International Shipping:
All international orders will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the size of the order and shipping location with real time rates to give you the best options.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
We are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all original packaging materials and the damaged item until the claim is resolved.
